Grand Junction Area Campgrounds
Situated on the shore of small Cobbett Lake in Grand Mesa National Forest, Cobbett Lake Campground offers 20 campsites and attracts a lot of campers. This campground is usually crowded but many would say it is well worth bumping elbows. Hikers will appreciate nearby access to Crag Crest trail. Anglers will love the close proximity to the lake which allows only non-motorized boats as with all campgrounds in and around Grand Mesa, the Uncompahgre Plateau and La Sal Mountains make for great photo ops.
